About Me
I moved to Denver in 2005 and started with Denver Family Medicine in 2006. I have enjoyed getting to know all my patients and educating them about all aspects of healthcare. I have a special interest in preventative health care which started when I majored in Nutrition at Kansas State University in 1994. So, don't be surprised if I recommend dietary changes, exercise and stress management (meditation) instead of medication. I believe the first treatment should be a health well-balanced lifestyle.My medical training was done at the University of Kansas and I completed a residency in Family Practice at Baptist Medical Center in Kansas City, MO in 2001.I currently live in Denver with my husband and two children. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, hiking and almost anything that involves being outdoors.
